Not your traditional California cabernet franc. This leans more toward a Loire Valley style, with fresh, lifted aromas of wild blackberries, cassis, violets and potpourri. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins and bright acidity, showing notes of cranberries, pencil shavings and fresh herbs. Very well balanced and vibrant. Drink or hold.
