Brilliant, pale yellow hue. On the nose, it opens with a harmonious blend of acacia and hawthorn blossoms, freshly baked bread, tropical fruits, and a hint of mint over crushed stone. The palate is savory, vibrant, and flavorful, with a long, lingering finish. As it evolves, the wine reveals layered aromas of lime pie, apricot, green apple, flint, white flowers, and a marked minerality.
A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Nascetta and Riesling, the Luigi Baudana 2022 Langhe Bianco Dragon makes a very pretty appearance in the glass with brilliant luminosity. The wine plays its cards well with complexity, a tropical side with star fruit, minerality and sliced honeydew melon (the ripe side of the cut).

Bright, zippy, and quietly complex, this Langhe is like sunshine in a glass! Citrus peel, white flowers, and a salty mineral edge keep you reaching for another sip. It's lively with fresh acidity and subtle texture, making it endlessly drinkable, yet intriguing. Pairs perfectly with crudo, oysters, herb-driven pasta, grilled prawns, sushi, burrata with lemon oil, or roast chicken with thyme and garlic. 🍋
