What We Thought: Honeysuckle and white peach stone fruit, supported by stony minerality and bright acids, define this crisp yet very smooth wine. What a refreshing, happy medium between the grapefruit of New Zealand Sauv Blanc and the softness of Napa Fumé Blanc.
