The Kurtatsch (Cantina Cortaccia) 2021 Alto Adige Amos delivers many fun juxtapositions with elderflower, pear, Gala apple and perfumed detergent. There is a slightly heavy note of honey or beeswax as well. The blend is 40% Pinot Bianco, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Grigio, 20% Kerner and 10% Sauvignon Blanc.
