What We Thought: A blend of 85% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet, and 5% Merlot. This is an easy-drinking, food-friendly, medium-bodied Tuscan blend with plenty of black cherry Sangiovese character supported by some light acids and tannins that helped make it a great pairing for our Eggplant Parmigiana.
