What We Thought: Floral notes are followed by aromas of apple and citrus. This Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and elegant with delicate flavors of lemon custard and kiwi. This medium-bodied wine is pleasant to drink with or without food but will pair well with seafood and soft cheeses. If you’re not a fan of New Zealand Sauv Blanc (like me), you will enjoy this one.
