This garnet-hued wine is concentrated, with baked blackberry, raspberry jam, Chartreuse liqueur and dried herbs on the nose. The flavors on the palate are boysenberry, pomegranate, mulled spice and orange marmalade that swirl around vanilla cream, with a silky finish. Pair with pancetta-wrapped monkfish. —T.P.
