There is something about the wines from the North Coast. The white wines are brisker, and the fruits are sumptuous but with restraint. Stillman St. Chardonnay is a clean, easy-drinking white with bright pear and apple up front and just enough oak to round it out without getting heavy. You may end up finishing the bottle without thinking about it. Great with roast chicken, seafood, or just on its own.
