Largely Syrah and Alicante Bouchet aged in used French oak barrels. The nose gives fresh black fruit followed by smoky, spicy, and balsamic notes, and the palate is medium-to-full-bodied and filled with ripe, smooth blackberry and black raspberry fruit supported by very supple tannins.
