What We Thought: Cedar and cassis frame the nose of this classic, full-bodied Paso Robles Cabernet. The palate of smooth blackberry fruit is accented by notes of mocha, dark chocolate, and vanilla and supported by well-integrated tannins. This deserves a steak or lamb chops.
