The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc offers great complexity. On the nose, it evokes crisp Bartlett pears, Golden Delicious apples, grapefruit, figs, lemon zest, and hints of sweet tarts. Though crisp up front, the mid-palate offers a medium-bodied texture. Its flavors include white nectarines, canned pears, white pineapple, fruit cocktail, and a touch of brioche. The finish is beautifully long, with fresh acidity and subtle biscuity notes.
