Our Cabernet Sauvignon is an exploration of the Columbia Valley, blending fruit from acclaimed vineyards with DeLille winemaking techniques to showcase the purity and complexity of Washington Cabernet. The region’s long, sunny days allow fruit to ripen slowly, creating opulent flavors of dark fruit and dried herbs, paired with cool evenings that preserve acidity. The resulting wines are exceptionally well-balanced, with a full-bodied profile complemented by firm tannins.
Shows drive and energy, with well-sculpted flavors of black cherry and blackberry highlighted by espresso and dried herb notes that build structure toward full-bodied tannins. Drink now through 2035. 2,200 cases made. -T.F.

Here's What We Thouight:
A deep and pretty red, this Cabernet bursts with blackcurrant, dark cherry, and a touch of dried herbs. Full-bodied with soft tannins, it’s rich but so approachable. Pairs beautifully with grilled steaks, braised short ribs, or aged cheeses—basically a Cabernet that shines at the table or just for savoring slowly with friends.
The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark and brooding in the glass, with notes of dark chocolate, tobacco, peppery florals and graphite forming its alluring bouquet. It's surprisingly juicy, with a balanced bitter twang of tart citrus and wild berries as steely mineral tones emerge toward the close. It finishes with notes of licorice, is gently tannic and medium in length. -E.G
