What We Thought: This remarkably well-balanced wine has a dramatic nose of lemon custard and an almost creamy texture with a medium-bodied palate of ripe pear and white peach fruit with just a touch of salinity and just enough acidity. This pairs beautifully with food or stands alone perfectly.
