A flattering kiss of toastiness is integrated into the background, and the silky texture is firmed up at the end thanks to a pronounced layer of iron and mineral accents. Savory acidity cuts through, drawing out the long, harmonious finish.
Complex nose of dried thyme, black olives and dried orange peel. Full-bodied and well-structured, but with very elegant tannins and a long finish.
