Feinherb is intense in its shining citrus color and opens with a spectacular flinty and reductive bouquet of crushed stones and herbs, while the fruit remains discreet and is coated with a yeasty character. This is a relatively rich and charmingly round and textured Riesling with great slate finesse and stimulating piquancy and salinity on the long, intense finish. Great wine! Drink 2025-2050. —S.R.
