Some roasted red chili pepper and olives to the bright cassis and red plum characters on the nose with a hint of dark chocolate. Juicy and a tad sweet-and-sour with a medium body, showing some round tannins and berries. Well-balanced and drinkable even though there is not a lot of depth on the center palate. Open to enjoy now.
What We Thought: Cedar, cassis, and light notes of plum grace the nose of this full-bodied, fruit-filled Cabernet that is filled with ripe blackberry and currant fruit, smoky vanilla, and light notes of tobacco. It finishes with soft, well-integrated tannins.
