This product of two pickings at multiple sites delivers a slightly sweet-sour meld of green apple and apple candy with glazed pineapple. It displays prominent glycerol and considerable sense of stuffing to help buffer its blazing, penetrating, tangy brightness and finishes with penetrating, if edgy, and only moderately complex persistence.
